Hire for 4 to 5 people Access via the terrace on the first floor. Separate kitchen, two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm), living room with dining area and sitting area, shower room and separate WC. Bedding includes duvets, pillows and bolsters. Sheets and under-sheets washed between each tenant. Tiled floors throughout the house. Awning on terrace for shade. Sockets and lighting. 4 sun loungers. 1 clotheshorse + clothes pegs. Umbrella bed and high chair for baby on request. Electric socket in the garage (possibility of recharging the car). Garage for car and bikes, motorbikes, canoe... Animals accepted by arrangement with the owner. Sheets, towels and cleaning extra. 50kw included per week

We are retired and our main residence is in Saint Malo. We live in Lanas for a few months of the year where we own a walled property consisting of 2 semi-detached houses. We rent one of them from the beginning of April to the middle of October. The two houses are independent and we only have to share the garage (65m2 on the ground) when we're there. Everyone has their place without any problem.
